Structural Film
Disc of Cerium Oxide is manufactured by precisely coating and microreplication
technology where abrasive particles are coated on PET backings. It has shaped triangular pyramid surface for removing defects such as scratches and marks on table glass,
airplane windscreens and windows, architectural glass and other solid surfaces.
Flowing slurry can be formed by continually exposing fresh abrasive in the
polishing process, which has physical and chemical Synergistic effect to
provide high polishing rate and effective surface leveling. The
pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) is usually used on the back of the Film Disc
for tool attachment.
